That's why quality mods exists here, they're modeled from scratch. But I see what you mean.

Default Kunos cars have been proven to be complete fantasy physics/no adherence to real world suspension data, unfortunately. Tire model was also somewhat fantasy. The engine was well equipped enough to emulate cars with IRL data ported in, so there was no excuse for their mistakes. I'm assuming you already have SOL and CSP installed but I feel like some people really underestimate how much of a difference a good PP filter can make. You can get some of the best ones from here, I personally use the Photorealistic one and then crank my post-processing filters to the max. It's quite costly though and you'll have to do some playing around.
