Lichess: 5 BILLION games and counting! Our public game database just crossed 5 billion standard rated games! Did you know you can download every rated game played...
The new app is in development and I believe there's some alpha testing (can sign up via lichess discord). https://github.com/lichess-org/mobile

Niemann vs Carlsen - Case dismissed
They did hire a full time mobile engineer, but I'm not sure how much he's been working on the current app. I believe most of his time is spent on a project to rewrite the mobile app. It's not released on any app stores yet. I'm actually slightly worried about this, since as a software engineer I know that rewrites tend to create as many problems as they solve... but they did mention the existing app will remain available but won't receive updates.

For the love of God, ignore your Rating
They will. Can't find the blog entry where they first announced it (might have to search on your own). The current app was developed by volunteers. For the new app they employed a full time developer (https://lichess.org/blog/Y2Z47hEAAGUB7i7A/lichess-recruits-full-time-mobile-developer) who has a reputation to be a beast coding wise. The development for the new app happens here: https://github.com/lichess-org/mobile . In the meantime even NoJoke recommends using the mobile web page.

News on the new mobile app?
Apparently It was much easier to just search it up than writing a whole reddit post here. They made a repo on github and they're working on it based on contribution. There are already some snapshots and it looks pretty good.
-
Do you know if there's any intention of improving the Android app?
Yep the successor is already well in the works: https://github.com/lichess-org/mobile
-
what improvement would you like to see on lichess?
Luckily, they've hired a developper to work on a new mobile app for Lichess.

What is the best online database to use for flutter Windows and why Firebase has no SDK for Windows?
If you specifically mean a cloud database with sync built in, that's a bit trickier. Right now realm is in beta and includes sync support but is missing some other features, and last I checked objectbox had a sync service in beta that you had to jump through some hoops over email to get into.
