Anyway to generate staking keys using Ledger for solo stakers?
I've been looking at different documents like Ledger Hardware Wallet ETH JavaScript bindings and I don't see anything for this.

Is there a way to retrieve the private key of an account with ledgerhq/hw-app-btc ?
In that case, is there a way to programmatically transfer my funds somewhere else? I noticed that there are methods for creating a transaction of signing a transaction, but I didn't find anything regarding sending a transaction to an other address. Link for the documentation is here: https://github.com/LedgerHQ/ledgerjs/blob/master/packages/hw-app-btc/tests/Btc.test.ts

How do I connect to the Ledger Live app over Websocket?
Here's a minimalistic Python implementation I'm using on my system https://gist.github.com/btchip/85b4018f0c421bd72c8f818ec31c69ef - from the client side of the bridge you can just use the HTTP transport of ledgerjs (https://github.com/LedgerHQ/ledgerjs/tree/master/packages/hw-transport-http). However I wouldn't suggest to use the bridge and rather focus on a native webhid/webusb implementation as the user experience would be much smoother. You can have a look at this Metamask fork to see how it's done https://github.com/hectorchu/metamask-extension , or Keplr https://github.com/chainapsis/keplr-extension or Terra Station https://github.com/terra-money/station

Did I just lose my Eth?
From the official launchpad, one of the tools suggested is "Wagyu Key Gen". Takes you to a GitHub page where you can download it (https://github.com/stake-house/wagyu-key-gen/releases). A few scrolls down the page, under "Binaries" there is a download link to the .exe file (for Windows). The Windows version is an executable with a nice user interface that is easy to use.

A way to verify seed phrase?
You can verify if your mnemonic or your seed recovery phrase is working by generating your keys again with staking-deposit-cli or Wagyu Key Gen. If the resulting file(s) have the same public key(s) (pubkey field), everything should be good.

Anyway to generate staking keys using Ledger for solo stakers?
While it might be possible to generate your keys with a Ledger device, I would advice against doing it simply because it has more risks. Using eth2-deposit-cli or Wagyu Key Gen should be your main options. You could even reuse the same mnemonic as your Ledger device even if it has some cons like losing it means you potentially lose your wallet value and your validators.
