How do you get 2 waybars like in this screenshot I found?
Waybar natively supports this. Literally define two bars with different positions in the waybar config in a json array. You can use my dotfile as example: https://github.com/ldelossa/dotfiles/blob/e23c50698633ef0af767e37df1929d3caccbc7f1/config/waybar/config
