Stars - the number of stars that a project has on GitHub. Growth - month over month growth in stars.
Activity is a relative number indicating how actively a project is being developed. Recent commits have higher weight than older ones.
For example, an activity of 9.0 indicates that a project is amongst the top 10% of the most actively developed projects that we are tracking.

I use latexindent to format LaTeX with LSP and null-ls (or probably you can use it with Ale as well).

Professional programmers don't hand-format code; they write code to format it for them. In LaTeX's case, latexindent.pl (comes with TeX Live and MiKTeX) is what you want.

Other than that: It's kinda funny to still see alternative (La)TeX parsers implemented and maintained in Perl. :-) And, OMG, what gems.

I want to autoformat my latex files and have not found anything satisfactory. Since I use coc for some things, I thought it would be natural to use coc-vimtex or coc-texlab (currently) and I am getting neither to properly work.
