Why I selected Elixir and Phoenix as my main stack
Over the years I have tried different frameworks, mostly in PHP, like Code Igniter (2010), ProcessWire (2014) and Laravel (2015).
- Slim, possívelmente o framework ideal para quem vem do Golang

Need po help sa gagawing project system.
Yes. Though kung vanilla php gagamitin nyo, you need a server to run it. Then you have to implement a lot of boilerplate codes for connecting/querying to the database. I suggest using a framework like Laravel (https://laravel.com/) kung di pa kayo ganon kaalam

best php-based cms/tech choice
Beside Symfony there is Laravel Framework , I will not go into deep difference between this frameworks as it really is just taste of what your team likes more (active record vs datamapper, facade/helpers vs dependency injection, blade vs twig, ...), as already mention above this kind of CMS make sense if Website is just one part of your application and you have to build more then just a simple digital business card / website. In Laravel world there are CMS like October CMS / Winter CMS, which target the same providing a CMS based on the Full Stack Larave framework and give you all features of that framework. Another already mention CMS in Laravel world is Statmatic.
- You should be aware of TALL Stack and it’s resources

Created my first website in PHP
A few others have suggested frameworks. Python has Flask and PHP has Laravel - if you haven't, take a look at those. I wrote PHP from scratch for 18 years, then learned to let go... I use Laravel now. :) Worth a look if you're going to continue down the path of learning new stuff!

Simplest PHP template ever. Password hashed PDO register and login. Just add Postgres DB info in .ini file or change the Singleton class for MySQL. User table should have "username" and "password" fields. Plus whatever else you want. simple_dom_html.php library included. PHP 7.4+
This is how Laravel and Slim does this.
