Laravel MySQL blob problem
I'm creating a music app where I'm using this laravel package GetID3 to parse and store item in the database. My database is setup to store the artwork using getArtwork(true) method and stores in blob format. But this method stores the artwork in my temp folder (C:\Users\xyz\AppData\Local\Temp\xyz.jpeg), and calling that method in the page will just link the image url (C:\Users\xyz\AppData\Local\Temp\xyz.jpeg) and not the image itself. Which is the problem, is it the Mysql fault, is it my fault for messing something up, or is it a problem with the package which I'm using. Need help

How to paginate when I apply the "where" after getting the data?
Like /u/octarino said, do the distance filtering in the database. If you're using MySQL, give this package a try: https://github.com/grimzy/laravel-mysql-spatial. Just add a trait to the model, and you get some really useful query scopes. Or you could use the ST_DISTANCE_SPHERE() function manually in a raw where clause. The only requirement is that the location is stored i a column of type POINT (the package also makes it easy to create these in migrations).
