Stars - the number of stars that a project has on GitHub. Growth - month over month growth in stars.
Activity is a relative number indicating how actively a project is being developed. Recent commits have higher weight than older ones.
For example, an activity of 9.0 indicates that a project is amongst the top 10% of the most actively developed projects that we are tracking.

Sure. You're right, PyQT is not available for KF5 (although there is a fork of it which I did not yet try out). However you can use PySide 2 and write your UI with Kirigami in QML. If you want to you can check out my crappy code at https://github.com/KaratekHD/kjeopardy

Considering there have been several posts lately regarding bringing back the WP UI via Android customization (cool screenshots, btw), I thought maybe I should make a proper post and mention that I'm working on a "desktop" environment for Linux phones that attempts to revive the WP experience.
