What makes you dislike react and like vuejs?
In fact, React can be implemented v-if or v-for directives in JSX, two-way binding in JSX, even string template engine, and it can do well also if you do it. I think I can say that, because I have done a lot of such tools myself in recent years. Recently, I was working on the separation of concerns in React: https://github.com/joe-sky/jsx-sfc. Other similar implementations can be also found in my GitHub.

Worth mentioning, Volar, the Vue extension for VSCode, implements type checking as JSX just like Svelte.
