What is Raku Mainly Used For?
Parsing/DSLs. Raku Grammars are popular, so Raku is getting used for individual tools like the jsonhound json analysis tool, or systems involving a lot of DSLs and parsing, like agrammon.

Questions on commercial Raku development
I have used raku for scripting in a production environment - in this case, for content migration (eg. https://github.com/p6steve/ACPI-Migration). I really like the combination of perl-like quick script creation/adaptation with the built in raku OO style ... which makes setting up sparse data models very organised and natural. As with many scripting problems, the raku execution speed is moot in this world - which is dominated by development turnaround time and download / upload of info. Kudos to native raku libraries 'XML' and 'HTML::Parser::XML' which both worked flawlessly.

What is Raku Mainly Used For?
we use it for production migration scripts. combines perl-like fast time to deliver with very powerful object support for easier partitioning and reusability e.g. https://github.com/p6steve/ACPI-Migration
