Stars - the number of stars that a project has on GitHub. Growth - month over month growth in stars.
Activity is a relative number indicating how actively a project is being developed. Recent commits have higher weight than older ones.
For example, an activity of 9.0 indicates that a project is amongst the top 10% of the most actively developed projects that we are tracking.

Discord Moderator Team Issues
If you don't have enough people who meet these criteria to form a cohesive staff team, then you should also consider using an automoderation bot like Vortex. With something like this there will still need to be a level of manual moderation, but a lot of the manual work will be done for you. Even with a large number of staff, you may find that it makes things easier.

Code of Conduct Notifier Action: 2021 GitHub Actions Hackathon
The action is a composite action built on tope of the github-script@v5 action, using its functionality to retrieve and post comments in the GitHub issues and pull requests. The YAML file of the action is available in the repository under action.yml
