4koma, the awesomest TOML library, hits version 1.0.1
Honestly toml is so easy to parse, not sure why youd bother with antlr. Could probably convert the jflex-based parser I built for Jackson to kotlin: https://github.com/FasterXML/jackson-dataformats-text/tree/2.14/toml
