ava-1 is the new version of Pakku, it comes with improvements on stability and performance. Thanks to `CUR::Staging` Pakku now avoids double precompilation, that made it 2X faster than previous version. Also it's now supported on macOS (beta version) and Windows (beta version) beside Linux. Other featuers includes allowing tests to run asynchronously, install distributions without precompilation (the precompilation will happen at first loading of the modules) and many other small features.

Thanks to REA which has all META information and the archives of the distributions, a minimal online recommendation manager running on `recman.pakku.org` uses REA's META info and can answer Pakku's requests for recommendation or search for a module.
