Using Animate.css with Tailwind CSS
4 projects | reddit.com/r/tailwindcss | 18 Jan 2022
I am excited that recently I released its version 3 that is fully compatible with Tailwind CSS v3. One can read the docs here. The package provides utilities to customize all the animation-related properties. Most of the utilities support arbitrary values too. I have also added all the CSS-compatible animation timing functions there are at easings.net. For some animations, you can also customize their translating distance (for example, in case you want subtle entrance/exit). The package is open-source and MIT licensed (GitHub). Please try using the configuration. Any feedback is much appreciated.

Also if you want it to look more appealing use an easing function on the position value: https://easings.net/ Looks really nice when things vary in speed in smooth increments.

Any idea how to make this light-up path less laggy? You can probably guess what game it's based off.

easings.net is a great resource for comparing curves, but the list of easing functions is slightly different and it doesn't use the exact same names as flux. So I made my own version!

Does this video mention easings.net? Great resource for comparing curves. I even made my own version for the lua tween library I use. Useful to see the exact same names and list of easing functions.

I discovered https://www.youtube.com/c/GameDevGuide that helped me on a lot of stuff, especially getting rid of Animators and using Tweening such as https://assetstore.unity.com/packages/tools/animation/leantween-3595 which drastically change the way to code animations (UI mainly) and is SO MUCH easier to use... Stop animating your UI, Tween it! (Bonus: https://easings.net/ the cheat sheet with every curve for animation)
Anyone know the code for "following the player with smoothness"? No stopping on the edge or anything. Lets say the player is named dude for now;
