PSR-16 and Exceptions
Correct. If it is an exception, it should be a subtype of an exception (Throwable), otherwise it cannot be used in the `throws` annotation. I guess this discussion was made for historical reasons, concrete all PHP 5.x versions. Since PHP 7, we are able to extend interfaces from interfaces, e.g. Throwable.
