This isn't usually recommended, but since you already tried everything, take a look at other people's EFI's with the exact same specs as you(or similar) like this.

I used the dortania opencore guide, and also a github repositeroy (I didn't download anything but I used it to see what they did as it's for the same model, https://github.com/puuska/Hackintosh-HP-Prodesk-400-G1)
