gridcoin-rpc VS celo-monorepo

I have updated gridcoin-rpc library, so it is complaint to the recent gridcoin version (5.3.0 atm). I removed deprecated RPC calls and changed the structure, also I updated dependencies.

sure, it's going to take years to change seeing the people/corporations that don't want change. a typical human psychological dilemma, i'd say, reluctance to something you don't understand or don't like. Look at Gitcoin or Celo or city3, local economies etc... why not support a change to empower people and move away from greedy, corporate/banking systems?

For example, the creators of CELO, a mobile-based crypto token, recognized that smartphone users could be key to the mass adoption of cryptocurrencies. So they created a token that lets anyone with a mobile device send payments using addresses on their contact list.
