The stream is available, at least for me. And there is no offline option or download options but you still having problems you try downloading the stream with hls-downloader https://github.com/puemos/hls-downloader This probably violates the TOS and you should also not share that download. But this might the only option for people you have a bad Internet connection or bad connectivity to their streaming server. Better wait 4-5h to download than watching a choppy 360p stream.
