Well if you really want to go fully free, then use software like CSGOSL to host server, and then install Get5 plugin to handle matches.

if you're using get5 (which is easiest for 5v5 hosting by yourself) you can enable the GOTV bot that records demos of the most recent match and puts it into a folder on your server if you are running a dedicated server

Hey /r/globaloffensive, I'm Ferex, one of the developers on the KZ plugin GOKZ. I've recently released a plugin of my own, which integrates with the popular Get5 plugin to post your scrim results (and scoreboard) to a Discord channel of your choosing.

Dont know about what server requirement you need, but for the server mod you should use get5 instad of eBot, eBot isnt maintained and get5 has a lot of customization and you can use their web panel for the match setups or just make JSON files for the matches and load them for every match.

Official Valve plugins are a mess to work with, typically SourceMod is used these days. You could edit an existing plugin like csgo-pug-setup and add Discord management to it

If you use pugsetup I am pretty sure it has support (Might be a third party plugin for pugsetup) for storing match data in MYSQL and upload replay to FTP

You'll need internet for Steam. I'd recommend setting up a dedicated server on a spare PC. We've used this in the past https://github.com/splewis/csgo-pug-setup

As an alternative to vote/ban maps with any desired amount of players i suggest you csgo-pug-setup. Pretty easy to install and use. I got this addon on my server running and every time we make an internal match, we use this to pick teams and vote a map. In addition you can set it up to have any aim_map as a warmup map.
