[Partially Lost] DOOM, Wolfenstein, RAGE, Orcs and Elves II, and Dead Space mobile games
[Found] DOOM RPG - Since the previous post about DOOM RPG, it has been found. There's an archive of the official website for the game, and the game is available here on archive.org, and is able to be played using this emulator (and probably others). The game is a java flip phone game and is a first person turn based RPG instead of a first person shooter, movement and attacking are locked behind this turn based combat, more information about the game is available here on the DOOM wiki. There is footage of the game available here. The game was released on September 13, 2005.

How to get started decompiling PSX games
Well, the very first thing to do whenever starting a new project is to figure out the work already done by others. There are plenty of cases of this. Have a look at the open source emulator ePSXeUbuntu or you could look at what others are doing to hack other PSX games like Final Fantasy Tactics. Good luck.
