DND 5E Actor Data/DAE - Determine how many items does a character have attuned at any given moment/Trying to automate Artificer Level 20 Feature.
A quick Google search got me to the DND 5E system module page (https://gitlab.com/foundrynet/dnd5e/-/issues/1311) mentions story/issue 1309 (https://gitlab.com/foundrynet/dnd5e/-/issues/1309) but then nothing. Any guidance would be most appreciated.

Adding additional ability scores to DnD5e
I've been trying to find a module or some alternative to add the Sanity score from the DMG to the game. Almost everything I've seen is old and outdated and apparently wasn't the safest to use anyway. I found something from a few months ago<> that said that there should be an option enable it in the system settings now, but I can't seem to find it. Has anybody had any success in adding abilities to 5e? I'm fairly new to using foundry so I'm not very familiar with it

Look for a VTT that can do these things (again)
And then there's Simple Worldbuilding System, in case there's not a system already for the game OP wants to run. That one explicitly provides "A simple game system for Foundry VTT which allows for flexible definition of Actors and Items to assist with worldbuilding or for running games which do not have a more complete system implementation available."

Question about building new game system / modifying already existing ones
Would the simplest option be to take the Simple World Building system and then try to slap on the 5e character sheet while modifying it as appropriate to Paranoia. Looks like the layout of the sheets are here and some of the code that drives them is here and here. Or would it be better to just duplicate the 5e repository and modify the sheets there?

Questions about using a unsupported system.
For systems that haven't been developed for FoundryVTT, there is the Simple Worldbuilding System.

How does one make game rulesets in foundry?
There is the Simple Worldbuilding System (https://gitlab.com/foundrynet/worldbuilding) and Sanbox System (https://gitlab.com/rolnl/sandbox-system-builder/-/tree/master) that let you create a basic system without coding, but they're pretty limited.
What are some alternatives?
