https://gitlab.com/opensavvy/formulaide is a web form editor which allows you to choose who in your company is responsible for accepting requests. It's full stack Kotlin (Kotlin React front, being rewritten to Compose Web, Kotlin/JVM back). It's been in production for a bit more than a year now.
