I use Forcastie and it provides all the info you listed. I've also see Geometric Weather recommended but I've never used it so I don't know if does everything you need.

I guess I'm stuck with using both Geometric Weather and Forecastie at the same time for now. Though the issue I have with Forecastie is that it doesn't show the state or province. And it doesn't show hourly
