I’ll warn that while the games may look simple, the underlying code is actually quite complex. If you’re looking to develop something similar, I’d start by reading through the original game’s code on GitHub (https://github.com/jonesguy14/footballcoach), as well as the Career Edition’s (https://github.com/antdroidx/CFB-Coach-v1). This should give you a good feel for how much underlying engine code there is and how to structure engine elements for your sport and organize UI elements based on engine functionality.
