Firefox Multi-Account Containers
I had similar complaints about the UX for the built-in containers extension, so as a labor of love, I wrote a helper extension to make containers a little more intuitive:
https://addons.mozilla.org/addon/containers-helper
The simplest improvement is that you can use e.g. Alt+Shift+D to open a little popup and start typing to find your container(s).
You can also use the extension to import and export containers, as well as some other features.
The extension respects your privacy completely and is not programmed to make any outbound network requests.

The Open Source community is awesome. With help from new users to the Firefox Containers Helper Extension, v0.0.14 was released last night, featuring Dark Mode, Multi-selection mode, configurable keyboard shortcut, and a quick way to add a new container.

Is there any way to set day and night theme automatically by time on firefox?
The latest version of that extension uses a new feature that will be introduced in Firefox 95. That's why it requires Firefox 95 now. Reference

Set/Force Theme via AutoConfig
Interesting. AutoConfig can do some pretty complex stuff, so I feel like it could probably still override it if configured properly. I tried reading the code for this extension that changes the theme based on a set time, but I'm no javascript expert and wasn't able to determine how it does this.
