Wow I think I finally find someone with the same aesthetic taste as me. It is a custom colorscheme directly buitin in my config and is originally inspired by the falcon colorscheme, everything is hard-coded though, since I'm not planning to turn it into a plugin. You can take the code and modify it as you like.

Falcon is my favorite. Very readable in many different scenarios.

In case you are interested, u/CAlexZA maintains nordic.nvim which is not the same but I would guess surprisingly similar.

Borders on floating windows?
If you checkout this nordic theme. I like this style of floats. borderless. Having borders or not, I think somewhat, comes down to personal preferences as well.
