Stars - the number of stars that a project has on GitHub. Growth - month over month growth in stars.
Activity is a relative number indicating how actively a project is being developed. Recent commits have higher weight than older ones.
For example, an activity of 9.0 indicates that a project is amongst the top 10% of the most actively developed projects that we are tracking.

Check out the implementation in NBT Crafting https://github.com/Siphalor/nbt-crafting They added support for custom nbt tags in recipes, including the amount of items.

As u/Plagiatus said in vanilla, you can't use NBT data in recipes. Therefore, you need to use a custom crafting table based on dropper. Or use a mod that adds support for NBT in recipes, like this one: https://modrinth.com/mod/nbt-crafting

I made a mod that nerfs mending/enchantment RNG by buffing everything else. It also makes gold treasure useful, eats your wooden pickaxe, and shines your shoes.
It's called Tinkerer's Smithing - It's packaged as a mod for Quilt, but also comes as a datapack that works on any platform NBT Crafting is available.

Trying to make a crafting recipe for an unbreakable pickaxe, but it's not working, ideas?
If you use the Fabric loader, there is a nice little mod that adds support for this (not in this way but similar) called NBT Crafting
