Hey - there's been display issues with MEW and MyCrypto but you should be able to see your XDC by connecting your Ledger to https://taho.xyz/ on Chrome or Brave

With the ETH Recovery app open on your physical Ledger device, you'll connect to a Ledger-compatible wallet that lets you create custom derivation paths, such as Taho (formerly known as TallyHo) and then you can manually enter the derivation path used - and access your funds again.

In the case this doesn't resolve the error for you - you can always connect your Ledger to another compatible 3rd party wallet, such as Rabby or Taho and execute your transactions from there for the time being.

Have you tried any deprecated MyEtherWallet versions or perhaps MyCrypto - or any other Ethereum wallets that can have Ledgers connect via hardware wallet? Taho (formerly TallyHo) might be a decent option worth trying as well?

Hey, indeed Zerion and rainbow.me are in Ledger Live "Discover" tab section, they are alternative interfaces to Ledger Live, you do not need to use your recovery phrase or import anything, just open the dapps and try them out! Hopefully this helps and clarifies
