Wine toolbar stuff come as a seperate window even if you enabled toolbar for 3rd party apps. Any way to fix it?
Only for the later case there may be a sliver of hope in the community-maintained fork of wingpanel-indicator-ayatana (assuming, of course, that this is actually an Ayatana indicator, ie designed for Unity 7+).

There's this, which I have not tested, but it might do the trick. It hasn't been updated in a little over two years.
