The official stance is yes but in reality probably not no. The ESI looks to be on life support at this stage, other then a handful of small tweaks it hasn't seen any meaningful development since 2020, really the only big changes over the last few years have been to just turn off things endpoints that are broken

If that Discord is the partner Discord, please reconsider and resume long-established public channels like the 3rd Party Dev site or esi-issues, which also push notifications to people subscribed by various means.

Other things such as trading history give that away. You can see all what esi is capable of on https://esi.evetech.net/ and thus what it isn't capable of.

I'm assuming you already have Path of Building Community Fork, which should be at the top of your list.

POB uses those but only those hence the issue. Before POB used to check if the support gem can support the summoning gem before checking the skilltypes on the minion skill but that caused issues as well. https://github.com/PathOfBuildingCommunity/PathOfBuilding/pull/4628

Another thing. Learn to use Path of Building and whenever you ask for advice, provide your character via the share function. PoE is complex game, and without actually seeing your character, there's no way to really help you. The possibilities are immense.

Download the community fork of Path of Building (pob). This is a build simulator where you can theory craft and test items/passives/gems. It's probably the single most useful third party tool for the game. There's a slight learning curve but it is worth it. Plenty of good starter videos out there just for pob too, like this video from popular content creator Zizaran.
