It sounds like vim-emmet would be right up your alley. If you don't use a Vim package manager, install it by git cloneing it into a folder named ~/.vim/pack/plugins/start/ on Unix/macOS or $HOME\vimfiles\pack\plugins\start on Windows (create it beforehand if it doesn't exist), then after you've :EmmetInstalled it into your buffer, you can use the , mapping after the ! to write the Emmet expansion for the HTML boilerplate; Emmet expansion is a very useful but quite complex feature and you can read more on it in [https://docs.emmet.io/](Emmet's documentation).

A better emmet language server
Hey guys! I've created a new emmet language server that leverages vscode's emmet integration. It is a better alternative to aca/emmet-ls since it fixes the fundamental problem with noisy completion (this issue) and also if vscode fixes something or integrates even better with emmet we can get that just by updating the package that we're wrapping with this new language server.

then I tried emmet-ls, it's works with vue files, but behaves weirdly. What I mean is, when I accept auto-completion, and then press enter, instead of making new line, cursor jumps to end of tag.
