Neovim integration
I'd suggest to use the nightly version of neovim and use treesitter which could provide a better highlightings and handle the lang="ts" better. Anyway, here's my dotfiles if you need them. I use neovim builtin LSP, you might wanna use COC if you want to get it setup easier.

How to change colorscheme in Lua without any plugins?
You can't do that for now. I just use vim.cmd("hi Stuff guifg=colour") and made a wrapper to make it easier for now, this is fine for me.

Can anyone give a simple step by step guide to make efm-languageserver work with Prettier (or anything)?

Some of the language servers for the built in LSP only work if the root directory has a certain file in it (Such as a .git file). Could I disable this?
