Jersey for server side development
I have been doing web development for over 10 years, I have never heard of Jersey. Judging by their github page (https://github.com/eclipse-ee4j/jersey) it is not too popular.

This project reminds me of java spark [1]. I was always a cheerleader of the project. We even used it in production, loved the non-annotation centric approach.
