Simple docker container for a dedicated Necesse server
They are only needed to build the docker image. Not to start it. The images are automatically being build by a GitHub workflow. https://github.com/BrammyS/necesse-docker-server/blob/main/.github/workflows/publish_images.yml. So the only thing you need to do is pull and run the existing `brammys/necesse-server` image. The commands for that are mentioned in the README.
