I have a KML road network with one-way roads labeled. How is it possible to input this to a python script, with a start and destination point, and output a route as coordinate sequence?
You could fire up a postgis DB with pg_routing enabled: https://github.com/pgRouting/docker-pgrouting

In either case; I would probably be feeding the minutely updates into PostGIS and using pg_featureserv to export the results to the client.
