Looking for a self hosted email forwarder
Communigate probably isn't the best that's out there, but I've been impressed in the past with how much is available in the gui. All of the configurations and logs are stored in text files and as I recall there's nothing you can do on the backend that's not available in the GUI, so after inital setup it's very easy to use. I did find this on docker images, so they do exist. No harm in giving it a try at least.

Is there a service that can migrate you to a new email easily?
If you are using Google Gsuite with your own domain name, then you have dozens of options to move your email address away from Gmail and forward it to whatever you want. I'm actually working on a long blog post about this that should be done today or tomorrow - but you can move your custom domain to a forwarder like SimpleLogin.io or anonaddy (both selfhostable) or mailway.app or use your domain registar's forwarding, or many other options like paying for basic email hosting and using Sieve forwarding (PurelyMail.com or Migadu.com) would work for that at around $10-$20 a year, or services like Dynu for forwarding only without an inbox.

Ask HN: What email service provider are you using for your custom domain?
I use a similar service from: https://mailway.app/
They have their code open sourced, and you can self host it if you want. I personally did not bother since I do not use their service for outbound mail. It also has a neat temporary mail plugin (which I put under a subdomain) that might come in handy sometimes.

CloudFlare mail service?
The closest option to that, currently, would be https://mailway.app, built by someone who now works with Cloudflare: u/svensauleau
