Overall, I'd suggest checking out GW2Mists.com, snowcrows.com, and discretize.eu and build your customized permutation

Make sure your builds are optimal for those contents, for raiding builds I suggest checking out snowcrows and for fractal builds I suggest discretize. With that being said, these sites show you the meta builds. You don’t necessarily have to use these, custom builds can work great as well, but of course the meta ones are going to be the “safest” choices as they are optimized to the fullest for their respective content.

Note that Hizen's builds are specifically for solo play and almost exclusively open world (unless you plan on soloing fractals/dungeons). They're amazing for where they're intended to be used, but suboptimal for group play. The Gear Optimizer remains the most valuable feature of discretize.eu, to make the most of your build at any level of experience. /u/SpatiumPrinceps posted a full Introduction Guide to the optimizer last year, which you can use to get accustomed to it more easily, if jumping in straight away is too confusing.

After those first levels you can start thinking about what role you want to play. Usually groups have a defensive support (often a quick heal firebrand), an offensive support (alac dps to complement the quick hfb), and 3 dps players. Some very experienced groups replace a defensive support with a second offensive support. discretize.eu lists some builds and has a lot of information about fractals. Any power build from there and most power raid builds from snowcrows or hardstuck.gg will work. To start, I'd recomment something like power soulbeast or power virtuoso for dps, heal firebrand for defensive support, and power alac mechanist for alac dps. But if you find something that you really like just pick that one!

Discretize have builds and guides specifically for more serious fractals, I wouldn't worry too much about a proper fractal build unless you want to get into fractal CMs, the normal runs are usually very chill in general.

Now price became insanely expensive and you all act like its nothing. I check https://www.gw2spidy.com/ for food costs from 2014-2022 and current expensive cost is not REGULAR occasion. I am not fool.

I don't remember the exact price but it was in 2019-2020 the price went below 3,000 gold. Here's what I do, I use the dollar value of gold (fluctuates between 5 to 7 cents) and I compare it to how much I get paid an hour. So if 1 gold = 7 cents and Eternity is 3,000 gold the Eternity's value in dollars is $210. How many hours do I have to work to get $210? How many hours do I need to craft Eternity? BUT this is a starting point, there is also the "fun factor" of playing the game, doing achievements, etc. that does not have (for me) monetary value. That's why I mentioned that at the time I was tired after crafting several legendaries (generation 2s that cannot be bought and require a ton of materials and achievements) and when I did the math I only had to work a 3 to 4 hours to get $210 (or whatever it was at the time) compared to dozens of hours to craft Twilight and Sunrise. So I pulled the trigger and bought it. I use https://gw2efficiency.com/ and https://www.gw2spidy.com/item/30689 to track the prices and the front page of https://www.gw2spidy.com/ shows me the (approximate) dollar value of gold which right now is "1 g costs 0.07 USD to buy through gems." But remember, this is a game to have FUN! Not an economic exercise! It may be way better economically to buy X or Y item (legendary or not) than to get it through playing/crafting but it may be more fun to go through it. For example, some people "buy" raids so they get a material (Legendary Insights) you can only get by completing raids and use that material to make legendary armor. But other people just learn to raid and spend lots of time raiding to get that material even if they have the money to "buy" raids. I think the same applies to fractals. BTW buying raids/fractals is vey expensive! Some times I buy stuff, sometimes I just play the game/craft even if it would be "better" to buy the stuff. And then there's the "in-between" I buy some of the materials but I farm others because it's fun to farm this or that event/map. Dude, have fun that's the bottom line!
