I already reported this issue here https://github.com/linuxdeepin/developer-center/issues/2138. It's probably a problem for everyone. I guess It'll be fixed in December in next release https://www.deepin.org/en/developer-community/planning/

Im not sure there is anything you can do. Deepin is currently using ver. 460 driver which is relatively outdated and probably doesn't even introduce support for 3060. I'd look up if that's really the case and if yes let devs know of this issue https://github.com/linuxdeepin/developer-center/issues

Put simply, this is a Rust-y wrapper around the SeetaFace Engine, an excellent open-source tool for real-time facial recognition. It works surprisingly well given applications like this generally need massive amounts of processing power. Can read more about it here.
