Can someone explain the site situation?
It's open source under a Creative Commons license. As long as Mr Girl follows the license agreement he is free to use the source code and Destiny cannot stop an individual person who has the code from using it.

The Open Source Manifesto / Effort Post (Concerning DGG derivatives)
The LICENSE.md file states the following:

It's licensed under Creative Commons - https://github.com/destinygg/website/blob/master/LICENSE.md (https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/3.0/deed.en_US)

Destiny blatantly took posadist_john out of context to falsely accuse them of doxing
It is literally in the code https://github.com/destinygg/website/blob/master/LICENSE.md

Of course she copied Destiny.gg
It stopped being updated in October last year. https://github.com/destinygg/website

Destiny Realizes Other Lefties Are Using His Site Code
And you can see the Github Fork with, funnily enough, the unchanged license from the DGG repo: https://github.com/WhiteNervosa/website/blob/master/LICENSE.md
What are some alternatives?
