Python running on the Dart VM?
To get an impression of how to create a parser for a subset of Python, I created one many years ago and ported that code to Dart, again many years ago. I didn't try to implement the correct semantics, though, so __add__ and friends are unsupported as are all other fancy meta programming shenanigans of Python.

Are there any packages that'll help me run python scripts in flutter?
Well, two years ago I wrote an interpreter for a subset of Python but that isn't able to run generic Python scripts (or even native modules) so it's probably not want you're looking for.

PS: If you really want to learn how to implement interpreters, I recommend Bob Nystrom's book Crafting Interpreters in which you learn to create a Java-like programming language from scratch using Java. Like others before me (I guess) I ported the Java source to Dart.
