I made a coronavirus statistics, news, and aid app
I made the app using Flutter and it works on iOS and Android. However, I can't upload to the App Store/Google Play Story due to the coronavirus policies. However, the app got approved for TestFlight (Rejected for Google Play Beta), so if you would like the app on iOS, you can download it here via TestFlight. Please leave a repository link if you can; Mine is Corona Spectator, and it's my favorite because it was one of the first times I actually felt like I was solving a real world problem with my programming skills.

Alarm App Help: Draw over other apps
For those who are interested, I have a workaround using the local_notifications_plugin. First of all, fullScreenIntent needs to be turned on. This will launch the application in a full-screen mode if the app isn't currently in use (i.e. the phone is locked). The next thing is to follow: https://github.com/MaikuB/flutter_local_notifications/issues/99 To quickly explain: using getNotificationAppLaunchDetails() in the main() method of your app launch, you can return a boolean on whether the app was launched through the notification. This allows you to route the app like this:
