Take notes on the web with their context
I have developed a free open source chrome extension named context-note, aiming to provide a better way to take, search and review notes on the web. Imaging we are browsing some websites and come across important information that we want to markdown, what would we do? We might properly copy the text and paste it to a cloud note-taking app (Evernote, Onenote, etc.) just like this: Several shortcomings comes into my mind:

I want to make a complete "note" taking app but i'm still a beginner and only know up to vanilla js. What should I learn so I can make this project?
Maybe you could take this project as a reference? It is a chrome extension built by Vue3 & Vite2. It aksi combines lowdb with chrome.storage to store the notes.

An Interactive Guide to CSS Grid
These things are worth knowing but for all but the simplest layouts, I still use an interactive design tool to generate the layout.

There are many online grid generators, but I use https://grid.layoutit.com/

How do I make this layout with CSS ?
Since you are using figma you can try to export project as a HTML/CSS. This can be a first approach. On other hand, try to use grid generator e.g https://grid.layoutit.com/ or https://cssgrid-generator.netlify.app/
