Modern c++ on Linux
Besides the obligatory "I use Arch", so I have the latest compilers relatively quickly (GCC takes longer than clang), the conan folks provide docker images for a wide range of compilers: https://github.com/conan-io/conan-docker-tools They're especially useful if you need to reproduce a failure with a specific older compiler version.
