EK AIO with Linux build
Better to stick with NZXT/Corsair AIO, check the compatibility list on liquidctl page. I do have a NZXT x63 myself and I’m able to adjust pump settings and RGB using Coolero

How can i automate this for my AIO water cooler?
If you can script the lookup for temps, you can turn it into a systemd service file. Also have you looked into Coolero? https://gitlab.com/codifryed/coolero maybe that has the feature you want?
