A little trick to spam the spammers
I do a similar thing with web crawlers that do not respect the robots.txt
https://github.com/cl-test-grid/cl-test-grid/blob/873b2fa978...
I do not know if this snipped is really effective, can be improved a little, especially that I noticed a couple of new crawlers that ignore robots.txt

Comprehensive portability status of non-ANSI CL
There’s cl-test-grid, which attempts to load and test (if tests exist) every package in Quicklisp on a wide variety of implementations. Super handy in my experience.

Architecture.md
I also use such hierarchical style, with lower level REAODMEs refferring iddividual source files. So that user continues from READMEs to code comments.

Valkey Is Rapidly Overtaking Redis
One of the challenges Redis labs here have is that there's very little reason for their userbase to stay loyal to them.
antirez retired from Redis development a few years ago.
From https://github.com/redis/redis/graphs/contributors it looks like activity since he left has been mostly from people who didn't overlap with him much.
Redis Labs have not shown themselves to be outstanding stewards of the project as far as I can tell. Why shouldn't people support the fork?
