How do I edit time settings via arcpy in ArcPro 2.5?
UpdateLayerTime is workable in ArcMap, but, as I understand it, I can't use it in Pro. Also, I see that the time properties are exposed in the CIM here, but I'm not a developer and I don't know how to leverage the Pro SDK.

Is there a way to immediately open this panel instead of pressing Win + . and then clicking on "Symbols"?
