Activity is a relative number indicating how actively a project is being developed. Recent commits have higher weight than older ones.
For example, an activity of 9.0 indicates that a project is amongst the top 10% of the most actively developed projects that we are tracking.

Thanks for the comments everyone. It gave me great understanding of the matter. After reading the github issue page, I came across Chimera https://github.com/Waytoon/chimera_flutter_code_push Do you guys think this is a good solution to circumvent the code-push issue?
