Activity is a relative number indicating how actively a project is being developed. Recent commits have higher weight than older ones.

It's great to see some love for Fennel, your code looks mostly good as far as i can tell. Some do forms might be useless. There is also a (currently experimental) linter for Fennel that i wrote, which might have a few additional suggestions.

If you wanna come back to the paths of the lord, you could give a try to Nyoom.nvim, it's an nvim config very similar to Doom Emacs written in the lisp Fennel which then compiles to Lua. VimL sucks
