Tweaked my Moonescent Pearl resourcepack. Download link in the comment
Got some great feedback when I posted my resourcepack that replaces the Ender Pearl with a much more entertaining Pearl, so here's v2...022.09.28. For full effect, you should also download and enable the accompanying datapack, as Minecraft doesn't natively provide a sound event for player teleportation.

How to create chest menus?
I think it is possible to make the minecart invisible, I have seen it before. On another note I found this library though the MinecraftCommands discord for creating inventories.
