Yes, I understand what you mean, but I searched through all my settings and nowhere was it enabled, but after further searching I found that it is not my settings, it is this plugin: changesplugin that causes the error.

there's noice which can position the cmdline basically wherever except below the statusline (I think this is a ui_attach limitation)
